Well, after a discouraging weekend, when I should have been losing weight, I've gained 8 ounces. I am truly at war with my flesh! I will win, though, because I've got the Lord at my side!
1 Corinthians 9:27a "But I chastise my body, and bring it into servitude"
That is my motto. Apparently my metabolism is freaking out, on top of having my period, and well, the steak dinner last night didn't help me any!! Old fat body of mine, get ready for a whoopin today. I will gain no more.
